In short: You have the right to ask NEIMHAANS to delete the personal data we hold about you. Fill in the form below โ your name, email, phone, and a short description of what you’d like removed โ and it will be sent securely to our team at care@neimhaans.in. We’ll verify your identity and process your request within the timelines required by law. Prefer email? Just write to us directly.
Your right to erasure
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR, you may request that we erase the personal data we have collected about you โ for example, information from a contact-form enquiry, a WhatsApp conversation, or a blog comment. This page lets you make that request. For full details of how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
What happens after you submit
- Acknowledgement. We aim to acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
- Identity verification. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity so we release or delete information only for the right person.
- Deletion or anonymisation. We delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data we hold, across our systems and, where applicable, ask our processors to do the same.
- Confirmation. We confirm in writing once your request has been actioned.
Please note: a small amount of information may need to be retained where the law requires it (for example, records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons). Deleting your data may also mean we can no longer continue coordinating any support you had asked us to arrange. Withdrawal or deletion does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your request.
